SERVICES We provide private, door to door transportation to over 450 Cities World Wide. Our fleet consists of Private Sedans, 10, 8 or 6 passenger limousines, 14 passenger vans and a variety of coach buses depending on the number of people in your party. We ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing safe, reliable and affordable transportation. We can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist with your travel needs.
MAKING A RESERVATION In order to ensure that Corporate Coach & Limousine will be able to meet your travel needs, please make your reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Of course every effort will be made to accommodate last minute reservations. All reservations can be phoned in, emailed or faxed to our office. If you need to make a reservation under 24 hours please contact a reservationists at 877-714-7433
When making a reservation, the following information must be provided: • Type of vehicle (sedan, limousine, or van) • The date and time the vehicle is needed • The number of people in the party and also the amount of luggage • Airline, flight number and city of origin • Contact information for passengers traveling • Return reservation information • Method of payment • Contact information of the person making the reservation
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES Cancellations must be received at least three hours prior to the reservation time. The full cost of the transfer will be charged for any cancellation received after the three hour period.
GRATUITIES An 18% gratuity will be added to all sedan transfers. A 20% gratuity will be added to all Limousine and Van services.
METHOD OF PAYMENT We accept all major credit cards, and offer corporate billing.
